Since 2003\, Kerri and her team have served 200 clients and thousands more through workshops and trainings. \nPrior to consulting\, Kerri worked for nonprofits in a variety of roles\, from box office manager to interim executive director. In 2025\, the company launched Board Building\, a unique board matching\, training\, and support service.
