In Gabe’s role at BGSU\, he drives initiatives in career design\, student employment\, and the implementation of a campus-wide strategy for career readiness. An overarching goal is to help Bowling Green become more engaged and aligned with industry needs. \nGabe’s research examines the application of design thinking and the powerful connection between life design and leadership. With over a decade of experience in higher education\, Gabe is committed to developing innovative systems that effectively support all students. \nAdrienne Ausdenmoore serves as the Assistant Vice President and Executive Director of the Geoffrey H. Radbill Center for College and Life Design at Bowling Green State University (BGSU). Within the Life Design program\, BGSU students learn to maximize their academic experience\, prioritize their well-being\, make connections and jump-start their careers – all with a sense of intention and forward momentum. \nAdrienne’s work over the last decade has focused on education innovation\, design thinking\, cross-disciplinary collaboration and vocational wayfinding.
