Together\, we are bringing you the story of an exciting startup health tech company which is an engaged client of Rev1. \nAs part of Innovate New Albany’s TIGER Talks series\, please join us to learn the remarkable success story of Brett Douglas\, an entrepreneur\, CEO\, and Founder of Procardian\, a company with a mission to help people with heart disease. Procardian is commercializing ground-breaking therapies developed by researchers at The Ohio State University. These therapies feature a patch that is placed directly onto the hearts of people who’ve suffered from a myocardial infarction (the medical term for heart attacks). The patch imparts thousands of new cells to damaged heart tissue\, returning it to its natural state and helping patients recover more completely. \nBrett will share his journey as a serial entrepreneur and why he “loves starting businesses.” \n*************** \nBrett Douglas is an executive leader with years of success in the health wellness\, and fitness industry. Brett’s skills include Negotiation\, Customer Service\, Medical Device Commercialization\, Clinical Research\, and Clinical Trials. He founded and successfully exited two previous companies\, one of which he operated from Innovate New Albany.
