In addition\, Rachyl volunteers for several local non-profits\, sits on the board of Community Shares of Mid-Ohio\, serves as Coordinator for the Columbus Chapter of Conscious Capitalism\, and is Founder of Greater Columbus Consulting through which she can apply her passion for helping small local organizations succeed. Rachyl is a lifelong Buckeye\, with a degree from The Ohio State University\, and over 20 years of professional experience in central Ohio. Rachyl enjoys leveraging her career experience in operations\, data collection\, analysis\, and communication to help organizations become more sustainable and impactful. Rachyl loves travel\, photography\, and reading. She also enjoys viewing and creating all kinds of art in her free time! \nBrad Griffith is also one of the organizers of Can’t Stop Columbus. Brad is also Founder and President of Buckeye Innovation\, the web strategy and engineering team he started in 2009. \nPrior to starting Buckeye Interactive\, Brad spent several years consulting and developing web applications in-house for a variety of companies including JPMorgan Chase and QUALCOMM.  He earned his MBA after completing his undergrad degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering with honors\, both at The Ohio State University. \nBrad has more than 25 years of web development experience and has worked coast to coast with small and large companies\, educational institutions\, non-profit organizations\, and government agencies to build innovative web solutions.
