Once you’ve validated your market\, it is time to grow and scale!\n\n*************** \nOur speaker\, Alicia Oddi\, Rev1’s Managing Director of Entrepreneur Programs\, leads the strategy\, engagement\, and adoption of its venture studio program. This program provides a framework that gives entrepreneurs the support and services they need when they need it. \nAlicia and her team manage pipeline development and client intake\, and produce and manage resources that provide the training\, tools\, and connections that directly impact entrepreneurs and help them de-risk and grow their companies. Alicia invites feedback from entrepreneurs to make the Rev1 venture studio more responsive as entrepreneurs’ needs change. \nAlicia fully embraces Rev1’s belief that diverse leaders produce stronger companies.
