What’s our value proposition? \nThe Battelle Center is the connection point at OSU between world class scientific research and education with public agencies\, organizations\, and employers. We will be of value to the innovative employers of Central Ohio by connecting them with the exact faculty and students who will help to drive their mission and achieve their goals. \nHow does the Battelle Center foster innovation in Central Ohio?\nThrough our mission-serving activities\, Specifically: experiential learning\, career pipelining\, and applied research & development.\nWe help companies\, agencies\, and organizations in Central Ohio to best utilize the resource that exists in the form of a world-class research university with a mission toward improving the prosperity of the citizens of the state. To that end\, we train students from a wide range of disciplines to work together to solve problems and contribute to the public good through an integrated\, innovative\, problem-solving approach. We then help those students and employers in the region to get connected for mutual benefit.
