Organizational performance is a function of both the behavior of team members and the design of processes. \nIn this TIGER Talk\, our presenters\, Tom Bishop\, PhD & Yiem Sunbhanich\, will argue that process design is actually the primary determinant of performance. Examples will be presented to support of the validity of this claim – including improving workplace results and reducing auto accidents on roadways – through focused\, deliberate work to improve process design. \nOrganizations must manage both people and processes.
