SUMMARY:From Posting to Positioning: The Next Step in Making LinkedIn Work for Your Business
DESCRIPTION:7775 Walton Pkwy\, Suite 100\, New Albany\, OH 43054\nFriday 10/2/26\, 11:00 am – 1:00 pm\nPlease arrive at 11:00 am. Eat. Mingle. Make new friends. \nIn February 2026\, nearly 100 founders\, entrepreneurs\, and other innovators joined Allison Ditmer for her TIGER Talk on how to become more visible and intentional on LinkedIn. \nOn October 2nd\, she’ll be back to take the conversation a step further. \nWhether you attended the first session or you’re joining for the first time\, this TIGER Talk will help you move beyond simply showing up on LinkedIn and get more strategic about who you’re trying to reach\, what you’re communicating\, and how you’re using your limited time on the platform. \nWe’ll kick things off with a quick refresher of the highest-impact lessons from Part 1\, then spend the majority of our time digging into new territory. \nYou’ll learn:\n– How to get clearer on your ideal client so your content isn’t trying to speak to everyone\n– How to turn that ICP clarity into stronger content that attracts the people you actually want to reach\n– How to use AI as a helpful LinkedIn tool without letting it dilute what makes you credible\, recognizable\, and human\n– Why “professional-looking” isn’t enough when it comes to your profile\, banner\, images\, and overall positioning\n– How to create a realistic LinkedIn rhythm that keeps you visible without turning the platform into another overwhelming item on your to-do list \nWe’ll look at real examples\, work through practical exercises\, and talk about what’s actually working (and not working) on LinkedIn right now. \nAttended Part 1? Come back. We’re building on it! \nMissed Part 1? You’re not behind. We’ll get you caught up before we dive in. \nYou’ll leave with greater clarity around who you’re trying to reach\, what you want to be known for\, and how to use LinkedIn more intentionally to grow your business. \n*************** \nAllison Ditmer\, MBA is a two-time Bowling Green State University graduate (BSBA in Marketing and MBA)\, content strategist\, LinkedIn expert\, speaker\, and founder with 20 years of experience in digital marketing. \nBefore starting her own business\, Allison spent 15 years at Abbott Nutrition\, where she led digital marketing and ecommerce initiatives across pediatric\, therapeutic\, and performance nutrition brands. \nNearly four years ago\, she left corporate life and built her content business largely through LinkedIn. Since then\, she has worked with 53+ organizations and experienced leaders\, helping founders\, fractional executives\, and B2B businesses turn their expertise into stronger positioning\, trusted content\, greater visibility\, and inbound opportunities. \nHer work goes beyond simply “posting on LinkedIn.” Allison helps clients get clear on who they want to reach\, what they want to be known for\, and how to turn their expertise into content and conversations that support real business growth. \nAllison is also a speaker and member of the Denison Edge team\, where she teaches college-level courses in digital marketing\, content creation\, and SEO. \nWhen Allison’s not working with clients\, speaking\, or teaching\, she can be found cuddling with her two mini Yorkies\, traveling to national parks\, or cheering on her kids at travel sports games. \n*************** \nLike all TIGER Events\, this TIGER Talk is FREE. \nSchedule:\n11:00 am – Coffee\, Snacks & Socializing.\n11:15 am – Lunch & More Socializing\n11:45 am – Introduce yourself to our crowd\n12:05 pm – Learn from Allison\n1:00 pm – Wrap & Resume Socializing \n\n\n \n Name*\n \n \n \n First\n \n \n \n \n Last\n \n \n Email*\n \n Company*Consent to Use My Image & Voice*By registering for & participating in this event\, I am consenting to the recording of my image and/or voice. SUMMARY:Bring Your Laptop. Leave With Your Own Custom AI Agent.
DESCRIPTION:TIGER Tools Workshop \nPlease arrive at 9:15 am.\nEnjoy coffee & morning snacks. Mingle. Make new friends. \nMost AI events show you what the technology can do. This hands-on TIGER Tools Workshop will help you build something your business can actually use. \nBRING YOUR LAPTOP and one recurring task\, bottleneck\, or workflow from your business that you would like to improve. Dr. Gleb Tsipursky will first show participants how to select a valuable use case\, define what the AI should and should not do\, and design a reliable workflow. Participants will then build and test a customized AI agent for their own work while receiving live coaching. \nYou will leave with one or more working prototypes that you can continue refining—not merely a collection of prompts or abstract ideas. The workshop is designed for entrepreneurs\, business leaders\, and professionals who want practical AI results without purchasing another expensive\, generic solution. \nNOTE FOR PARTICIPANTS: \n\nBefore this workshop\, create an account for at least one mainstream AI tool\, ideally ChatGPT or Claude.\nThat account should be set up on the laptop you bring and previously logged in successfully.\nA paid plan is helpful because free-tier limits could slow down your progress during hands-on work. However\, a paid subscription is definitely not required to participate in this workshop.\n\n*************** \nThis workshop will be led by Dr. Gleb Tsipursky\, a behavioral scientist\, dubbed “The Office Whisperer” by The New York Times. \nDr. Gleb helps tech-forward leaders stop overpaying for AI while boosting engagement and innovation. SUMMARY:The Reinvention Advantage: 3 Science-Based Ways to Turn Disruption Into Profit
DESCRIPTION:7775 Walton Pkwy\, Suite 100\, New Albany\, OH 43054\nFriday 11/20/26\, 11:00 am – 1:00 pm\nPlease arrive at 11:00 am. Eat. Mingle. Make new friends. \nMore than half the Fortune 500 has fallen off the list since 2000—not because those companies were badly run\, but because what worked for them stopped working faster than they could replace it. \nDrawing on 25 years of research & 14 years as a mining executive\, Dr. Nadya Zhexembayeva\, will reveal the new rule of the post-stability economy: the winners won’t be those who endure disruption. They’ll be the ones who harvest it. \nIn this session\, you’ll get three science-based ways to turn disruption into profit — pulled straight from her forthcoming book\, “The Reinvention Advantage: How to Survive and Monetize Volatility in a World That Won’t Settle Down.” \nRegister now for this TIGER Talk to get the insights before the book hits the shelves\, and walk out with solutions you can put to work on Monday. \n*************** \nDr. Nadya Zhexembayeva was twelve years old when her country disappeared. Growing up in the rubble of the collapsed Soviet Union taught her that volatility is normal — and that the people who know how to move when everything is in flux are the ones who get to shape what comes next. \nShe has spent 25 years studying why some organizations thrive in permanent disruption and others don’t. Founder of Reinvention Academy and originator of the Chief Reinvention Officer role\, she runs the biennial Global Reinvention Survey — the world’s only longitudinal dataset tracking reinvention velocity. She spent 14 years as a mining executive\, and since 2012 has served as a fractional executive for Eurasian Resources Group (67\,000+ employees across Europe\, Asia\, and Africa). \nA former Coca-Cola Chaired Professor at IEDC-Bled School of Management\, she earned her PhD at Case Western Reserve in Cleveland.
