SUMMARY:Ordinary\, But Extra - How Seemingly Little Things Make A Big Difference in Business
DESCRIPTION:Join us at:\n7775 Walton Pkwy\, 3rd Floor\, New Albany\, OH 43054\nBe ready to interact with our workshop leader\, Neal Bell\, and your fellow participants. \nPlease arrive at 11:30 am. Eat. Mingle. Make new friends. \nTo the untrained eye\, there is very little difference between the business that is spinning its wheels and one that is making steady progress towards its longer-term goals. Similar to physical fitness\, organizational fitness requires businesses to honor a few basic truths day in and day out. \nOur workshop leader\, Neal Bell\, will share how businesses can use the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) to preserve time and energy for long-term planning\, translating those plans into small daily steps that advance them toward their long-term goals. \nAttending this TIGER Tools Workshop will help you understand the difference between being ordinary and extraordinary\, and take your organization to a higher level. \n*************** \nAn entrepreneur since 1999\, Neal Bell has learned a great deal about what works (and what doesn’t) when it comes to running businesses. He holds a degree in Accounting and an MBA (both from The Ohio State University)\, but it is his real-world operating experience that Neal wants to share with today’s business leaders. \nIn his early years as an entrepreneur\, Neal fell into the trap of thinking he had to do everything himself\, and inventing every business process from scratch. Experience eventually taught him otherwise\, and he wants to save you some of the aggravation that he experienced. \nNeal discovered EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) in the early 2000s\, and immediately recognized it for the game-changer that it is for the entrepreneurial community. \nNeal is now a Professional EOS Implementer\, helping entrepreneurs and their leadership teams get more out of their businesses by implementing EOS tools and disciplines. \n*************** \nLike all TIGER Events\, this TIGER Tools Workshop is FREE \nTimeline: \n11:30 am – Lunch / Socializing \n11:50 am – Introduce yourself to our crowd (your “15 Seconds of Fame”) \n12:05 pm – Hand-off to Neal \n1:00 pm – Wrap / More Socializing
