Solve Thorny Problems: How to Cut Through the Fog, Get Unstuck, & Make Great Decisions
July 26 @ 9:30 am - 12:00 pm
| TIGER Workshop
Every company leader eventually must deal with problems that are “foggy” to diagnose and challenging to solve. The size of your company doesn’t matter — you could have $1,000 in sales or millions. These challenges/problems typically have lots of moving parts and more people involved than you’d like. To top things off, information is missing that would surely help you make a good decision. Meanwhile, the clock is ticking!
Have you wished for a decision-making tool to clearly frame your problem, analyze the information you have, reduce risk, and make clearer decisions? This workshop will provide a tool for this exact purpose. Your return on time invested will be high since this tool is scalable and “thorny problems” challenge founders, CEOs , and other leaders in every business over and over!
The method is based on proven methods from Morphological Analysis and Complexity Theory.
