Innovate New Albany, the City of New Albany’s launchpad for entrepreneurs, is expanding its services to adapt to changing economic and technology trends impacting startups and existing businesses. Together with Brick House Blue, our new co-working partner, the City is developing a new model that leverages the community’s unique assets – a thriving ecosystem of innovators and entrepreneurs, a high degree of business connectivity, and robust public-private partnerships. Brick House Blue at Innovate New Albany will offer a one-of-a-kind solution to foster collaboration, build community, and accelerate growth for businesses of all sizes.

• 22,000 square feet of first floor space at 7775 Walton Parkway that opens December 2024 in the New Albany International Business Park with 24-hour access and ample off-street parking.
• An inspired co-working environment that features fully furnished co-working spaces and offices, huddle rooms, a podcasting suite, a sports simulator room, a “pub,” and complimentary refreshments and snacks in its own self-service café
• Attractive, versatile meeting and event spaces that can accommodate groups as small as eight to more than 100 are available to everyone throughout the New Albany community.
• Barry Bagels lobby café will provide beverages, fresh bagels, breakfast and lunch sandwiches, salads, and more.
• Additional in-house programs, including popular TIGER® Talks, TIGER Workshops, and TIGER Tales that providing insight, perspective and guidance for businesses.
• Expert Office Hours that offer entrepreneurs professional guidance in private one-hour appointments where new businesses can delve deeper into topics such a finance, law, and marketing.
• An expanding range of services includes access to a local and regional network of educational offerings, training programs, mentors and investors provides a high degree of business support and connectivity.
• Partnership with Rev1 Ventures to provide fundraising support, investment capital assistance, collaborations with research universities and institutes, and coaching and mentoring services.
