Part of the TIGER Events “Healthy Habits for Innovators” Series — in collaboration with Healthy New Albany

SPECIAL LOCATION: Philip Heit Center for Healthy New Albany, 150 W. Main St., New Albany, OH 43054

Wednesday 12/4, 11:30 am – 1:00 pm

Be ready to interact with our workshop leader, Dr. Sandra Solano, and your fellow participants.

Please arrive at 11:30 am. Eat. Mingle. Make new friends.

Our perception of stress stems from our past experiences and how we define what matters most, influencing our responses to protect and achieve those values.

Changing from a stress reaction to a more masterful response is a trainable skill!

In this interactive TIGER Tools Workshop, based on 30 years of peer-reviewed research, you’ll discover how your body instinctively and automatically reacts to stressors, how to recognize, interrupt, and reprogram these emotional reactions, and how to create a plan to change your stress reaction to a more effective and optimal response.

This session offers big benefits for hard-charging business innovators, including startup founders, tech creators, goal-chasers, and those in many other stressful business roles!
