Neal Bell | EOS Worldwide

Coach for Leadership Teams of Early Stage Companies

An entrepreneur since 1999, Neal Bell has learned a great deal about what works (and what doesn’t) when it comes to running businesses. He holds a degree in Accounting and an MBA (both from The Ohio State University), but it is his real-world operating experience that Neal wants to share with today’s business leaders.

In his early years as an entrepreneur, Neal fell into the trap of thinking he had to do everything himself, and inventing every business process from scratch. Experience eventually taught him otherwise, and he wants to save you some of the aggravation that he experienced.

Neal discovered EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) in the early 2000s, and immediately recognized it for the game-changer that it is for the entrepreneurial community. Neal is now a Professional EOS Implementer, helping entrepreneurs and their leadership teams get more out of their businesses by implementing EOS tools and disciplines.

Great questions for Neal:

  • Overcoming Entrepreneurial Challenges: What are the biggest mistakes entrepreneurs make trying to do everything themselves, & how can I avoid them?
  • Streamlining Business Processes: How can I quickly find & implement proven business processes instead of reinventing them from scratch?
  • Introducing EOS: What is the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS), & how can it help my business operate more efficiently & effectively?
  • Is EOS all or nothing? Does my company need to implement the entire EOS framework all at once, or can my team implement it in stages, one piece at a time?
  • Leadership Team Alignment: What are best practices for getting my leadership team aligned & focused on achieving our goals?
  • Implementing EOS Tools: Which EOS tools or disciplines would you recommend starting with to make an immediate impact on my business?
