The mission of Mollard Consulting is to build the capacity of nonprofit organizations and the individuals who serve them. The vision is one of thriving communities and families because of highly effective nonprofits.
Mollard Consulting services include strategy development, planning and analysis, grant research and writing, executive coaching, and the facilitation of board retreats, seminars and training workshops.
Current clients include Reeb Avenue Center, YWCA Columbus, Disability Rights Ohio, The Center for Balanced Living, OhioDance, Camp Blue Skies, Central Ohio Diabetes Association, Homeless Families Foundation, United Schools Network, and The Childhood League Center, among others. Her largest effort includes serving as campaign counsel and project coordinator for Reeb Avenue Center, a public-private partnership on the south side of Columbus. This collaborative effort has raised nearly $14 million of a $16.5 million goal.
Kerri’s nearly 20-year career includes administrative roles in fundraising, public relations, and administration including serving as Interim Executive Director at ProMusica for 15 months. For seven years, Kerri taught nonprofit management and public relations courses at Ohio Dominican University, where she also served as Coordinator of Nonprofit Studies, and was honored with numerous awards for her work. During her 12 years as consultant, she has worked with more than 40 nonprofits, primarily in Ohio.
The Mollard Consulting team includes Kerri as founder, CEO and principal consultant. Y’Nesha Schaffer serves as manager of projects and administration, and the company includes talented independent contractors including lead writer, Michaela Rawsthorn, arts and culture writer, Diane Cattran, and consultants Linda Butler, Chuck Camp, and Amy Morgan with support from Renee Morales. Strategic partners include Sharon Steele of Plentiful and Sheri Chaney Jones of Measurement Resources Co.
Kerri is a member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP), Grant Professionals Association (GPA), and National Alliance of Women Business Owners (NAWBO) She earned her MA in Arts Administration from Indiana University and a BA in the History of Art from The Ohio State University. She resides in New Albany, where the company office is located, with her husband and two children.
