Rob Young is a former executive with a passion for equipping small business owners and leaders who have never been formally trained to run a company. With senior leadership roles in a variety of businesses, from VC-backed startups to global corporations, Rob is able to leverage a wide range of experiences and perspectives to help emerging companies thrive.
Rob has worked closely with early and middle stage businesses for the last decade, culminating in his book Stage 3 Success, written in response to owners confessing to him, “I don’t know how to run my business.” The book provides a practical, easy-to-use framework that enables emerging companies to thrive holistically.
Rob is principal of Stage 3 Group, a consulting, coaching, and training organization that helps businesses in the $2M to $10M range evolve from chaotic companies to legacy businesses.
