“Healthy Habits for High Achievers” is a new series presented by Innovate New Albany in collaboration with Healthy New Albany.
This series is designed to help hard-driving innovators and other high-achievers to improve their own health and their effectiveness as leaders of highly capable teams and value-creating businesses.
Events in this series will provide methods and tools for high achievers to achieve big professional goals without sacrificing their own health or the health of the teams they lead.

This event is the 2nd in this new series.
High performers don’t just manage calendars; they manage their inner world. In this session, Dr. Julie Wilkes will help us uncover the “inner code” that drives performance: the beliefs you carry, the emotional patterns you repeat under pressure, and the habits that either protect your energy or quietly drain it.
You’ll identify your default high-achiever archetype, spot the limiting beliefs and emotional entanglements that trigger unhelpful behaviors, and learn a simple, repeatable strategy to shift from reactive pressure to grounded power, without losing your edge.
