In this hands-on TIGER Tools Workshop, April Wu, founder of InSphere Consulting, will show how growing businesses simplify operations by bringing key functions into one integrated platform, which also referred to as ERP (enterprise resource planning) system.
Instead of focusing on theory, this session will demonstrate real workflows using modern business software that integrates sales, marketing, operations, and collaboration.
During the workshop, participants will:

- Understand what an integrated business system looks like in actual practice
- Get access to free apps such as CRM, eSign, website tools, and email marketing
- Follow along on their own laptops to explore the tools themselves
