In today’s fast-paced work environment, many of us operate in a constant state of low-grade stress and inflammation—often without realizing it. Over time, this can contribute to: fatigue, frequent aches and pains, reduced focus and productivity, poor sleep, increased risk of chronic health concerns, etc. These issues don’t just affect how we feel at work—they impact our energy at home, our mood, and our long-term health.
This engaging, evidence-based workshop. led by Dr. Dana Winchester, DC, is designed to help you better understand what inflammation is, why it matters, and how everyday habits can either fuel or reduce it. Rather than focusing on quick fixes, this session provides practical, realistic strategies you can begin using immediately to improve how you feel and function.
During this interactive session, you’ll discover:
- What inflammation actually is (and how it shows up in daily life)
- How stress, nutrition, sleep, posture, and movement impact inflammation
- Simple, sustainable changes you can make to reduce physical strain
- Ways to improve energy, clarity, and long-term resilience
You’ll leave with actionable tools—not overwhelm.
