Our speaker, Ray Waite, is a futurist, passionate about helping individuals, entrepreneurs, and organizations understand and develop the skills necessary to survive and thrive in the emerging turbulent marketplace. He is the founder of Lighthouse Force (lighthouseforce.com), dedicated to leading businesses in the areas of innovation, artificial intelligence, design thinking, critical thinking and transformation management.
Ray loves taking the complex and explaining it in a practical way that can be easily applied. He brings a valuable blend of corporate and academia experience to his facilitated workshops, keynote speeches and consulting, with over 25 years as senior manager in the business commerce, telecom and banking industries at Citizen’s Bank, IBM, Lucent Technologies, and AT&T Bell Laboratories, and over 15 years as a university instructor.
