Dawn Cunningham is the former Chief Insights Officer at 3M and an accomplished marketing professional and thought leader with over 25 years of Marketing, Analytics and Customer/Consumer Insights experience. In her role at 3M, she was responsible for setting the short and long-term strategic direction for Customer Insights – with a vision of moving from ‘I think to I know’ with a customer-first perspective. Dawn and her team evolved the strategic application of Insights across a variety of areas such as New Product Innovation, Brand Building, Customer Journey Mapping, and Communication to name a few.

Before that, Dawn was a leader in the Consumer Insights organizations at General Mills and Airborne with experience on such notable brands as Cheerios, Yoplait, and Progresso. She has worked in multiple B2C and B2B industries and has led Insights and Analytics organizations in Latin America and the UK. Dawn lives in Minneapolis and is married with three children.

Today, Dawn works with SIVO Insights and business leaders who want to successfully transform insights into strategic growth maps using frameworks that work.

Marilyn Weiss co-founded SIVO Insights 14 years ago and today finds meaning in the Visionary role to see what’s next. From the “Voice of the Patient” as an ICU nurse, to the “Voice of the Consumer” in her work at General Mills and to the “Voice of the Client” as an entrepreneur, she has always valued deep understanding of others and amplified what matters most.

Marilyn values the intersection of ideas, and where passion intersects with purpose. She leans into the quote below by Howard Thurman that has served as the foundation of SIVO to attract the right people for the right seats.
