Anthony Reynolds, CoFounder & Chief Marketing Officer of Refill, will explain how he and other company leaders leveraged the company’s existing strengths in contactless payments, mobile ordering, and seamlessly connecting to POS systems — to capitalize on our world’s new priorities created by the Coronavirus pandemic.

In Malcolm Gladwell’s acclaimed book, “The Outliers,” a 2008 study on what sets high achievers apart, he wrote that timing in the market and opportunity are critical elements to success — even for uber-successful entrepreneurs like Steve Jobs and Bill Gates. Keeping this insight in mind, Anthony and the Refill team have seized this unusual moment in time, They are leveraging the world’s current circumstances to build a company of tremendous positive impact and great value!

Anthony Reynolds followed in the footsteps of his grandfather Jesse Wright (who served in WWII and the Vietnam War) by serving in the United States Air Force. Anthony was a member of the Intelligence Community where he maintained a Top Secret security clearance and was awarded the Air Force Achievement Medal. He was deployed to Afghanistan, Kuwait, and Qatar in support of Operation Enduring Freedom.

During his time leading Refill, Anthony has judged pitch competitions, served as a featured speaker for varied organizations, and served on the Advisory Board of the Columbus-based START Fund. He is a native of Columbus where he currently resides with his wife.
