Peter Drucker is considered the father of modern management. He was a brilliant visionary and prolific author who influenced corporate America and the nonprofit sector.
Peter Drucker has been a perennial favorite of the Harvard Business Review (HBR). In fact, his “Managing Oneself” article made HBR’s list of the most impactful articles of the last 100 years.
But, it’s his thinking about nonprofit leadership, board governance, and mission impact that most inspires the work of Mollard Consulting. Join Kerri Mollard as she facilitates this TIGER Talk on the wisdom and relevancy of Drucker for nonprofit organizations.
If you donate to, volunteer at, or work for a nonprofit, you won’t want to miss.
