Have you noticed how often companies struggle to truly understand what their customers want?
Misunderstanding customer needs is the leading cause of new product and business failure, turning innovation into a costly guessing game.
But it doesn’t have to be that way!
Lean Jobs-to-Be-Done (JTBD) is a practical evolution of the proven JTBD framework, designed to help entrepreneurs and business leaders uncover unmet customer needs and turn them into actionable opportunities.
In this TIGER Talk, Urko Wood will help you discover how to drive innovation and differentiation, boost productivity, and foster a culture of innovation – without the complexity or cost of traditional consulting.
If you want to build products and services that stand out, command premium pricing, and deliver sustainable growth, this talk is for you!
