OSU to Join New Albany Wellness Facility
The city of New Albany has signed its first and most pivotal tenant for a new 48,000-square-foot medicine and wellness facility that is under development in the city’s market square downtown area.
According to Business First, the Ohio State University’s Wexner Medical Center’s plans to build a 35,000-square-foot outpatient medical and rehabilitation facility, making it the anchor for a project the city hopes will include fitness facility, public meeting space, multipurpose rooms, a demo kitchen and childcare.
