Make a Social Impact at GiveBackHack (for free!)

Have you ever had an idea to solve an issue in our community? Buckeye Interactive is sending 10 inspired developers, designers, and entrepreneurs to GiveBackHack April 17-19. Tell the Buckeye team why you want to attend and what your ideas are to improve the community for a chance to win free admission. All applicants of any age are welcome.

GiveBackHack is dubbed the launchpad for social innovation. With the guidance of successful local mentors, creative leaders team together during this weekend-long event to innovate the community. It will be held at CCAD MindMarket in Columbus.

The event will kick off 5pm Friday night, where community members of all backgrounds who are eager to make an impact on the city around them will meet and exchange ideas. The crowd favorties will be identified and teams will form around them. Participants will then spend the weekend mentored by top social entrepreneurs, non-profit leaders, venture capitalists and prominent business men/women as they vet their ideas and build them into real products – physical products, smartphone applications, websites and anything else that will innovate on the issues we face in Columbus.

RSVP to attend now, or if you cannot participate to make change during the weekend, come out and see presentations on Sunday.
