Experienced tech guru Marshall Magee will demonstrate all of Zoom’s basic features – and share many best practices for running professional quality video conference meetings. As many of you already know, Zoom accounts are FREE for meetings of up to 40 minutes, connecting a max of 100 participants in separate locations.
Marshall will show you how to set up meetings and invite co-workers, business partners, and sales prospects. He will explore how to “screen share” presentations, documents, websites, and whiteboards. Learn how to manage large groups, take questions, and master various tricks to run your next virtual meeting like a pro.
Marshall Magee has been involved with software development his entire career starting with two successful startups and then moving on to a Motorola internal startup to create the first keyboard wireless messaging device. His most recent stop was with a medical device company in New York, managing multiple teams of software developers to create cutting-edge medical devices. He is currently helping local companies design and develop technology products.
