High performance doesn’t come from willpower; it comes from energy.
In this Healthy Habits for High Achievers session, you’ll learn how metabolism impacts your daily focus, mood, stamina, and physical output, and why energy dips are often a predictable (and preventable) result of how we fuel.
Our session leaders, Violeta Morris & Pamela Conn, will break down how nutrition timing and macronutrient balance (protein, carbs, and fats) influence energy stability and cognitive performance, and how long-term energy dysregulation can correlate with chronic disease risk.
You’ll leave with practical, personalized fueling strategies you can implement immediately, plus an overview of tools that help you understand your energy patterns in real time, so you can build more consistent, sustainable peak performance.
You will learn:
- Why stable energy is a performance strategy, and a long-term health strategy
- How meal timing and macros affect blood sugar, focus, cravings, and stamina
- Practical ways to personalize nutrition for steady energy and better outcomes
- Tools you can use to understand energy patterns in real time and adjust quickly
