Chad Ackerman is a real estate investor, educator, and founder of CARE (Chad Ackerman Real Estate), helping busy professionals build income streams beyond their paycheck. Chad co-founded Left Field Investors —one of America’s largest communities for passive investors—which BiggerPockets later acquired. Chad brings real-world experience, including lessons from his own early failed deal, to help others invest with confidence.

- Liz Lawrence is the dedicated and knowledgeable owner of LFG Lending and an avid investor, bringing a unique, practical perspective to her role. - Jon Styer is the Broker/Owner of Styer Real Estate Professionals and Founder of Styer Hospitality Co., a Central Ohio property management company specializing in mid-term and short-term rental strategies. With a portfolio spanning 100+ doors, Jon and his team manage the full rental operation for individual investors, out-of-state owners, and developers looking to maximize revenue through furnished housing. He also hosts Columbus Brick by Brick, a podcast spotlighting the people and projects shaping the future of Columbus, Ohio.
- Mark Smith is a Central Ohio–based real estate investor focused on the acquisition and development of residential and commercial properties. His strategy centers on identifying underutilized assets and repositioning them to create long-term value. While he currently works a full-time job in Business Development outside of Real Estate, Mark is passionate about using real estate as a vehicle for financial empowerment, both for himself and others. He is committed to investing in projects that fit his investment goals.
- Marc Rice is a Columbus-based investor, friendly real estate agent, and co-owner of Reafco Real Estate, where he helps in and out of state investors buy/sell 1-20 unit investment properties. He bought his first owner occupied house hack triplex 2019 when he graduated from The Ohio State University and has scaled his personal rental portfolio to over 75+ units and is actively building a glamping-campground in Asheville, NC on 60 acres with his best friend from high school. For recreation, Marc loves spending time with friends, exercising, traveling, athletic hobbies, nature, and buying real estate with his friends.
