Central Ohio Startup Economy Gets National Attention

In her blog in Huffington Post, Rebekah Iliff cites central Ohio among the “5 Startup Economies Keeping it Real and Bringing it Back.” Iliff notes the “individualized, cultural DNA” that is allowing communities outside of the usual suspects – San Francisco, New York and Boston – to cultivate startup ecosystems. In central Ohio, she spotlights the long-term success of IT companies along with the bright future of research and technology among the factors that enable us to stand out from the crowd. Columbus is in great company, joining cities like Austin, Detroit, Chicago and Minneapolis that earned Iliff’s attention.
