Compass Datacenter Lands in New Albany
New Albany’s Information and Technology Cluster has attracted another mission-critical operation, Compass Datacenters, prompting Columbus Business First to dub the city “Datacenter central” for its prowess in landing new business to the growing cluster that includes Discover Financial Services, AEP and others. In fact, the cluster currently accounts for 1 million-square-feet of space in the New Albany Business Park.

Compass Datacenters has developed a patent-pending modular construction model that is essentially an all-inclusive data center that provides Tier III certified for reliability with LEED Gold compliant energy efficiency features. Plans call for the New Albany location to feature five separate 21,000-square-foot facilities. Read more at www.bizjournals.com.
