Approach to Fitness Garners Visionary Award from NAWBO
Zoe Guirlinger’s holistic approach to fitness has gained national attention and has been featured in the New York Times. Now, the founder and president of New Albany’s Ultimate U Total Health is among several business women to be honored by the National Association of Women Business Owners –Columbus (NAWBO) with the Visionary Award for notable contributions to their community and industries.
“It’s an incredible honor and speaks to what we as an organization are all about,” says Guirlinger. “Ultimate U is a visionary organization and for us to be recognized in this area tells me that we are on the right track.”
The coveted NAWBO award recognizes women who not only own and operate businesses that are vital to Ohio’s economy, but also find time and resources to identify needs and drive social change.
Beginning with peer nominations and a detailed application process, winners are selected in late May and will be honored at a luncheon on July 28 at The Westin Great Southern.
