The Village of New Albany is home to a large percentage of women-owned businesses, including one of the largest corporate travel agencies in the country. Travel Solutions, now known as TS24, was founded in 1995 by Tammy Krings and has remained on the cutting edge of the industry by integrating high touch services with advanced technology applications.

Earlier this month, the company unveiled a new brand strategy that includes a new name, as well as a new logo underscores the company’s around-the-clock services and holistic approach to corporate travel that encompasses consulting, strategy planning, and supplier/policy/expense management. “It reinforces our unique offering of around-the-clock and around-the-globe consistency in delivering high value services in our OnDemand and high touch lines of business,” says Krings, CEO and Leadership Coach. “We are open 24 x 7, 365 days a year to serve our global customers.”

TS24’s OnDemand travel portal is a customizable site that allows companies to provide employees easy access to make their own air, car and hotel arrangements. The one-stop site allows employees to minimize time and costs while adhering to their company’s travel policies. It also helps the employee report their expenses and check real-time flight and gate information.

Another innovation offered by TS24, Guardian Services, features a Real-Time Tracking Service that enables employees to receive trip alerts via mobile phones for anything from flight cancellations and delays to connection information while traveling.

Innovate New Albany, the city’s incubator for technology startups, entrepreneurs and small businesses, features 16,000 square feet of space within the New Albany Business Park’s Signature Office Building, 8000 Walton Parkway.
