Bob Evans Farms, which will be moving their headquarters to New Albany this year, continue to test new innovative ways to bring their products to customers. BE Direct is a home delivery program currently being test marketed to randomly selected customers across the country.

Partnering with Burgers’ Smokehouse direct mail and online retailer, Bob Evans is using a method similar to Omaha Steaks to distribute bulk, frozen meals to consumers. Participating members can chose from five multi-course meals ranging from homestyle breakfasts to ham and turkey dinners.

If all goes well, BE Direct may be available to the general public in the spring, says spokeswoman Margaret Standing.
