Business First Ranks New Albany Park, City Growth

Despite the economic slow down, New Albany continues to reap the benefits of its forward-thinking approach to community development that revolves around master planning and the latest technological asset, landing the city on Business First’s Top 25 lists each of the last three months.

In December, Business First ranked New Albany the fastest-growing community in Central Ohio, based upon a 108 percent growth in its population.

Just this month, the New Albany Business Park was ranked third in Business First’s list of office parks with three million square feet of completed office space to date.

Innovate New Albany, the city’s incubator for technology startups, entrepreneurs and small businesses, features 16,000 square feet of space within the New Albany Business Park’s Signature Office Building, 8000 Walton Parkway.
