Not all new inventions save the world or even provide some practical solutions. Just consider the latest rage – jellyfish tanks.

Funded through Kickstarter, a website that enables entrepreneurs to crowd fund their inventions, Jellyfish Art supplies live jellyfish along with specialized aquariums designed with a water flow system that prevents them from getting sucked into the standard fish tank’s filtration system.

A mesmerizing new form of interior décor, Jellyfish Art’s quirky yet cool invention has received the attention of The New York Times, Los Angeles Times, Entrepreneur Magazine as well as CBS, ABC and National Public Radio. Check out the Jellyfish Art videos on YouTube.

Innovate New Albany, the city’s incubator for technology startups, entrepreneurs and small businesses, features 16,000 square feet of space within the New Albany Business Park’s Signature Office Building, 8000 Walton Parkway.
