CES 2024: Leading an “ALL ON” Technology Business and Life with Intention

February 9 @ 11:30 am - 1:00 pm

| TIGER Talk

8000 Walton Parkway Suite 200
New Albany, OH 43054 United States

FRI 2/9/24, 11:30 am – 1:00 pm

Be ready to meet our session leader, Brad Griffith, and your fellow participants.

Please arrive at 11:30 am. Eat. Mingle. Make new friends.

Personal statement from our presenter, Brad Griffith:

2024 is my first year back at the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) in person after the pandemic, and I anticipate big crowds. Attendance and company participation are expected to return to “normal” with over 2.4 Million square feet of exhibit space and likely 250,000 attendees converging on Las Vegas during January 2024.

Technology is inescapable, for better or for worse. The Consumer Technology Association set a theme for CES 2024 of “ALL ON” to emphasize that technology is everywhere all the time. They encourage exhibitors, presenters, and attendees to define what it means to be “All Together. All in. ALL ON.”

Join me for my recap and analysis to hear about what industry titans and startup entrepreneurs know to be the trends and strategies that will shape our future work and personal lives. Learn what consumer technology will try to distract you and disrupt all of our industries over the next decade. Let’s discuss how we can apply technology creatively to improve focus and quality of life. From generative AI and robotics to mindfulness and quantified self, I’m sure to see some seriously disruptive technology.

I feel it’s our job as a business community to get intentional about our technology usage. Do we let it consume our lives, or do we use it to enrich our lives through better focus on what really matters to us. I intend to gather the best and worst of modern consumer technology at this year’s show for us to discuss on February 9.

For the past nearly 20 years, I have loved attending the Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas because it’s my opportunity to absorb trajectory-altering lessons and insights from industry experts and thought leaders. These insights have changed the way I approach business strategy and have enhanced many aspects of the way I live my life. This is the largest technology trade show in the world. It’s a sight to behold for tech enthusiasts and early adopters!

If you are a strategic thinker leading a team into a potentially volatile future, this talk is a must! I promise to share quotes, trends, and transformational lessons that will help prepare you for the next evolutionary and revolutionary changes in your company.

To be present in an “ALL ON” world, you won’t want to miss what I will be sharing with you.

Brad Griffith is a champion for equitable access to the best technology and design for growing businesses and organizations. He grew up working for his dad’s veterinary hospital, learning the joys and challenges of business growth. He believes in the power of entrepreneurship and innovation to drive meaningful change in our community, though unfortunately, not all people in the workforce or all growing organizations have the same opportunities to leverage technology to their advantage. Brad is on a mission to change that with equitable access for all.

Brad is President of Buckeye Innovation, the web engineering and design team he started in 2009 to amplify the impact of innovative businesses and organizations. His fully-remote in-house team of 18 employees includes designers and developers who love building and supporting websites, web applications, and mobile applications. Their clients span many industries and include tech startups, libraries, and local and county governments among others.

Prior to starting Buckeye Innovation, Brad spent several years consulting and developing web applications in-house for a variety of companies including JPMorgan Chase, QUALCOMM, and the Go Big Network. He earned his Masters in Business Administration after completing his Bachelor’s in Electrical and Computer Engineering with honors, both at The Ohio State University. He lives in New Albany with his wife and two young daughters where he is an active Girl Scouts “Troop Cookie Dad” in addition to other community volunteer roles.

Brad was selected in 2020 to the inaugural class of the Columbus CEO Future 50 and was also a finalist for the 2019 and 2023 Small Business Leader Awards from the Columbus Chamber of Commerce. Buckeye Innovation was recognized in the 2022 and 2023 Inc 5000 as one of the country’s fastest growing private companies and in 2023 was selected as one of Inc’s Best Workplaces.
