At this TIGER Talk, our speaker Molly Grubb will help you, the business owner, learn how to create a process with an expert team supporting you — to grow and protect the dynasty you are building.
She will also highlight two overlooked strategies to free up the wealth in your business, so your financial success is not totally dependent on the success of your company. The 1st strategy is to scale passively with real estate in and outside of your business and retire your real estate while minimizing your tax responsibilities. And the 2nd strategy offers you a path to putting away more than 5X the maximum allowed under a 401K plan while also creating more loyalty from your employees and gaining significant tax savings.
Molly Grubb is the founder of Grubb Wealth, a virtual family office, helping to scale business owners’ successes via protecting their assets, creating multiple income streams freeing up their time, and building custom teams with the unique capabilities to support their success. She has been a featured speaker on dozens of stages across the country including as a TedX speaker. Molly is also the author of the soon-to-be-available book Build Your Dynasty.

When Molly is not busy helping business owners become even more successful, she and members of her large family love spending time together and supporting each other. Molly was even able to donate her stem cell to her sister, Mandy and this procedure has enabled Mandy to become leukemia-free. Molly also enjoys working out, watching THE Ohio State University crush their athletic opponents, dancing, and traveling with her amazing boyfriend, Robert.
