This kicks off a NEW event series “sub-brand” within TIGER Talks: “Healthy Habits for Innovators.” This series is the teamwork of Innovate New Albany & Healthy New Albany. Events in this series are intended to be presented 2-4 times per year.
Be honest: would you want your life to identically reflect what was considered “normal” 18 months ago? Self-care and burn-out heavily influenced every industry, and bus-i-ness made it convenient to disengage from our own and others’ suffering.
Regardless of how you fared in the pandemic, a lot has changed, irrevocably and individually, on a relatively deep level, as we collectively experienced how all areas of life are connected.
In this TIGER Talk, our speaker Rebecca Kittle of Rebecca Kittle Coaching will help us look at how to make sustainable changes, through a holistic approach to improve our health and happiness, today. Buck getting back to normal.
