Strategy is misunderstood, misused, or just plain ignored by many leaders and companies. In this TIGER Talk, our session leader, Ryan Frederick, will help us learn why most of us inherently struggle with strategy, what strategy is and isn’t, and how to leverage a strategy to help your company win.

Ryan Frederick is a strategist, technologist, speaker, and author. Ryan is a Principal at the technology consulting firm AWH. Ryan is also a strategy guide with the strategy consulting firm Simply Strategic. Ryan is the author of two books about starting and leading companies: The Founder’s Manual and Sell Naked. Ryan frequently speaks about creating digital products, leadership, and the future of work.
