In the SEAL Teams, Andy led and served on teams responsible for high-risk, high-impact, and politically sensitive missions where trust, discipline, clarity, and adaptability were mission-critical. That experience shaped his belief that elite performance is not accidental—it is built through shared standards, disciplined behavior, and the ability to respond effectively under pressure. After transitioning from the SEAL Teams, Andy applied those principles as COO of a successful commodities trading business, building a culture that drove strong results.
Today, as a Consultant with Focus 3, Andy helps leaders and teams develop the mindset, skillset, and systems needed to create culture, drive behavior, and produce results.
