Rick’s typical clients have been in business for more than a decade and seek his advice on driving growth though communicating vision, driving culture, enhancing employee growth, and fostering innovation.
Rick also leads Denison University‘s Entrepreneurship and Consulting programs and is an Adjunct Professor of Entrepreneurship at The Ohio State University.
Rick and his wife Kim have been married for 36 years and reside in Granville, Ohio. They have three children, two impressive young men (27 and 24) and one KICKASS daughter (20).
