For you — a hard-driving innovator eager to contribute and succeed in today’s high-speed hard-driving economy — what slows your daily performance?
Low energy? Brain fog? Afternoon slumps? Aches and pains from inflammation? Poor sleep?
So, what to do?
Molly will supply several ways to win! You’ll walk away with FIVE pivotal nutrition strategies to enhance DAILY performance. These strategies have been chosen for their effectiveness at helping YOU THRIVE as YOU STRIVE to reach your goals!
Molly Linek has been working in the nutrition field for over 25 years. After completing her graduate education in Southern California, Molly worked in the public health domain at not-for-profit organizations serving diverse low-income populations in Milwaukee, where she created an innovative HIV/AIDS nutrition intervention program.
Based on results achieved in Milwaukee, Molly was recruited back to California. While there, she ran a multi-million dollar grant, 5-A-Day Campaign, which created nutrition connections in food deserts at over 20 different farmers markets in a diverse set of communities – including Compton, East LA, and Santa Monica. Molly spearheaded high-impact initiatives which delivered positive changes at the grassroot level!
Over the years, Molly has created innovative, research-based, forward-thinking approaches to functional health.
Today, Molly works with individuals eager to reach and maintain their personal health. She serves as Registered Dietitian for The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center Health and Fitness Center. She takes a functional, holistic approach to her practice with each person she encounters in order to create harmony and balance through nutrition.
