Magnanni, a European luxury shoe company, is expanding its U.S. operations with a new 15,000 square-foot office and distribution center in New Albany’s Personal Care and Beauty Campus.
The Spanish shoe company, a third-generation, family-owned business, makes handcrafted, high-quality men’s shoes that are sold in stores nationwide, including Nordstrom and Neiman Marcus as well as on the Internet through Zappos. Pascual Blanco, a resident of New Albany, is the president of U.S. operations and the grandson of founder Sebastian Blanco Aldomar who started the company in his home in the small town of Almansa in 1954.
