Our workshop leader, Bryan Little, is an experienced Professional EOS Implementer and seasoned business leader with over 25 years of experience helping organizations strengthen their operations, align their leadership teams, and achieve sustainable growth. He has worked with businesses across a diverse range of industries, including retail, nonprofit, manufacturing, construction, staffing, distribution, and service-based organizations, giving him a broad perspective on the unique challenges and opportunities leadership teams face.
As the Founder and President of Kata Solution, Bryan is passionate about helping entrepreneurial leadership teams gain clarity, traction, and long-term health using the EOS framework. Having personally led organizations through periods of growth and transformation, he understands firsthand the challenges that can hold businesses back: lack of clarity, inconsistent accountability, and operational inefficiencies. Bryan brings a practical, real-world approach to help leadership teams simplify their business, strengthen execution, and build healthier, more cohesive organizations.
Bryan holds a Master of Operational Excellence degree from The Ohio State University and is deeply committed to helping leaders build businesses they truly enjoy running while developing teams that are aligned, accountable, and capable of achieving their vision.
Outside of his professional work, Bryan enjoys spending time with his family, supporting youth through tennis, and cheering on the Ohio State Buckeyes.
