John Popelka, has spent much of his life in places where good ideas had to survive contact with reality – from Fortune 500 conference rooms to Army bases in Afghanistan, Honduras, and, yes, even Toledo.
He’s led innovation work inside a major corporation, navigated strategy, risk, and operations across complex organizations, and served 20 years in the Army as a combat engineer.
Today, John is the founder of From Ashes, a coaching and consulting practice that helps individuals and leaders break past old limits, make bold choices, and lead with purpose.
Through his work, John challenges people to stop protecting what keeps them stuck – and start choosing what creates growth, possibility, and a better world.
