More than half the Fortune 500 has fallen off the list since 2000—not because those companies were badly run, but because what worked for them stopped working faster than they could replace it.

Drawing on 25 years of research & 14 years as a mining executive, Dr. Nadya Zhexembayeva, will reveal the new rule of the post-stability economy: the winners won’t be those who endure disruption. They’ll be the ones who harvest it.

In this session, you’ll get three science-based ways to turn disruption into profit — pulled straight from her forthcoming book, The Reinvention Advantage: How to Survive and Monetize Volatility in a World That Won’t Settle Down.”

Register now for this TIGER Talk to get the insights before the book hits the shelves, and walk out with solutions you can put to work on Monday.

Dr. Nadya Zhexembayeva was twelve years old when her country disappeared. Growing up in the rubble of the collapsed Soviet Union taught her that volatility is normal — and that the people who know how to move when everything is in flux are the ones who get to shape what comes next.

She has spent 25 years studying why some organizations thrive in permanent disruption and others don’t. Founder of Reinvention Academy and originator of the Chief Reinvention Officer role, she runs the biennial Global Reinvention Survey — the world’s only longitudinal dataset tracking reinvention velocity. She spent 14 years as a mining executive, and since 2012 has served as a fractional executive for Eurasian Resources Group (67,000+ employees across Europe, Asia, and Africa).

A former Coca-Cola Chaired Professor at IEDC-Bled School of Management, she earned her PhD at Case Western Reserve in Cleveland. Her clients include the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Coca-Cola, IBM, Cisco, and L’Oréal, and her work appears in Harvard Business Review, Forbes, and the Wall Street Journal. Her previous book, The Chief Reinvention Officer Handbook,” won the Axiom Business Book Award and a Kirkus Star.

“The Reinvention Advantage” publishes with Wiley on November 24.
