Dengler Reviews New Crowdfunding Book
Innovate New Albany entrepreneur, Brian Dengler, recently posted a review of a new book, “Crowdfund Investing for Dummies” on the Crowdfunding Professional association site.
The book provide timely insights for entrepreneurs and investors to prepare for new federal regulations permitting equity crowdfunding that are the result of the Jumpstart Our Business Startups Act (JOBS Act) that President Obama signed into law one year ago, Dengler said.
According to Dengler’s post, “…The act paves the way for small businesses to raise up to $1 million per year from small investors through online crowdfunding portals.”
Selected as one of the “Best Lawyers in America, Information Technology Law 2013, Dengler, is a former online industry executive for AOL, journalist, EMMY award-winning television news producer and digital science and media instructor at Kent State University.
