Who runs the place?
Jackie Russell
Jackie Russell began her career with the City of New Albany in 2016 and she is currently the city’s Economic Development Specialist. In this role, Jackie oversees the operation of Innovate New Albany (INA) including its incubator program. Her responsibilities include day-to-day incubator operations and supporting program development. In addition, she works closely with each of INA’s resident companies, the INA team, and the New Albany community at large to provide an entrepreneurial environment that’s both effective and successful.
Jackie can be found within the community coaching JV Basketball at New Albany High School. She is a graduate of Penn State University with a Master’s Degree in Public Administration.

Neil Collins
Neil Collins is the Onsite Leader at Innovate New Albany (INA). In this role, Neil is focused on publicizing INA across Ohio, the Midwest, and beyond, and recruiting high-potential, early-stage companies to locate their operations at INA. Neil also leads a large number of INA events and other programs that run throughout the year, both at onsite and online – including our popular TIGER Event series and Expert Office Hours.
Beyond Neil’s INA responsibilities, he consults with companies through his company Results Marketing Group, serving as a strategic business advisor and brand builder. He helps successful companies achieve even greater success, by ensuring their product offerings deliver clear value and their communications resonate with target customers.
