A recent edition of Columbus Business First ranked New Albany Business Park third in its 2013 list of the top 25 office parks in Central Ohio, based upon the amount of completed square footage in the park.
The New Albany Business Park totals 3 million square feet in 26 completed office buildings within the park. While not part of the ranking, at 3,000 acres, New Albany is Central Ohio’s largest park by total acreage. Lead developers of the park include the New Albany Company, which developed the park and Daimler Group, which has been involved in development, construction management and leasing.
The park’s aggressive growth has been spurred in part by the strategic development of four innovation campuses – healthcare, research & technology, corporate/R&D and personal care and beauty – that promote collaboration, commerce, efficiencies and speed to market.
