Three New Albany businesses – Discover Financial Services, e-Cycle and the New Albany Country Club – are ranked among the 50 Top Workplaces in Central Ohio according to a Columbus CEO and WBNS-10TV survey released in the May edition of the magazine.

Companies were rated on the basis of employee surveys that addressed a range of issues from compensation and benefits to supportive management, sense of community, job training and work life balance. Discover Financial Services’ New Albany Call Center which employs 1,767 employees ranked 6^th among large companies. New Albany Country Club which offers fitness, recreation, spa, social and dining facilities staffed by 316 employees ranked 13^th among mid-sized businesses. e-Cycle, a private company that provides secure mobile buyback and recycling for businesses and individuals and employs 99 at New Albany’s Water’s Edge Business Park, ranked 23^rd among small organizations.
